When you purchase a piece from Blue Skies Jewelry, you are purchasing it on what I believe are your terms and your conditions: the terms are you like a piece, and the conditions are it must meet your specifications. That's a fair way of doing business, and that is the "terms and conditions" of Blue Skies Jewelry.
The terms and conditions here are simple: If you do not receive what you expected to receive, for any reason, simply return it within 30 days and I will refund your purchase. Period. Before you return an item, I would like you to contact me and tell me why. Is it not what you expected? Are the colors different from the website? Does it not fit? Or is the piece simply "not for you"? I understand and I do not want you to be stuck with something you don't want, or don't want to present as a gift. The purpose of my work, and the love I put into each and every piece, must be transferred to the wearer or the giftee, or else the piece simply will "not work" as it was meant to be.
One other term: 7% sales tax is collected for those items shipped anywhere in Florida; all other states are exempt.
